Job Description

As an Associate Technical Account Manager / Associate Business Analyst on the Partner Integrations team (a sub-team within our Recruitment Software Partnerships team), you will support a team of Business Analysts and Integration Leads with end-to-end 3rd party integrations with SEEK.

Key Responsibilities

  • For high value partners, support the Integration team with the delivery of end-to-end system integrations aligned to the software development life cycle (discovery, design, build, test & release phases)
  • For other partners, and only in respect of particular products, support partners during the build and certification phases, this includes:
    • Build: respond to support queries as needed and monitor progress via internal dashboards
    • Testing: review and verify partner implementations to ensure they appropriately represent the SEEK brand, customer value proposition and experience via videos and provide written reports with any non-compliance issues
    • Release: liaise with partners regarding their release; and produce and maintain Integration User and Release Guides to enable customer onboarding and support 
  • Work with the Recruitment Software Partnerships team and partners to oversee integration go-live, monitor for technical issues and support resolution where needed
  • Help answer technical questions for integrated partners, advising on technical requirements to implement to our platform, and advocating for partner feature requests and bug fixes
  • Resolve or otherwise triage escalated support queries from internal teams across Sales & Service teams
  • Manage tracking and reporting across integrations, support and ad-hoc requests
Qualifications
  • Experience in technical support, consulting and account management
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage numerous tasks at once
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and webhooks
  • Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation, UX mock-ups and business process mapping
  • Proficiency in one or more analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of technical integrations is a plus
