As an Associate Director, Commercial FX Sales in our Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to provide foreign exchange solutions to Australia’s largest corporations. The role will be responsible for an existing portfolio of clients while also looking to grow market share and create new business opportunities. The role will also support the development of a data driven approach to customer engagement and workflow efficiencies

• Maximise the sales revenue for the desk by providing FX solutions to the target client base
• Drive franchise revenue growth, working with structuring and trading to identify and effectively cross-sell all our products
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, Relationship and product partners to ensure comprehensive understanding and management of the client portfolio
• Work with stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding, dealing and settlement, as well as identify process improvements
• Collaborate with the Institutional FX team to identify risk management product opportunities
• Ensure limit management and compliance with all internal and external requirements
• Assist Institutional FX team in deal entry processes
• Continuous improvement of business systems and processes
• Demonstrate high level of engagement and performance and support engagement and performance in other team members
• Ensure adherence with Markets dealing and distribution mandates, suitability frameworks, governance and conduct policies, processes and standardsEnsure adherence with external regulatory requirementsRole model the ANZ values and behaviours and promote a culture that supports our purpose

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Curiosity and keenness to learn, particularly about Markets products, processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication skills
• Tertiary qualified and relevant professional industry accreditation preferred
