Who we are
The Vista Digital & Design Services Organisation works cross-functionally across three product domains:

• Expert Services - responsible for making small businesses look and feel credible through a wide range of professional design and marketing services powered by the expert creative community.
• Logo & Brand - the number one provider for small business owners looking to create and activate their logo and brand identity. They aim to accelerate the growth of Logos on Vista, including scaling and monetizing our free Logo Maker experience to attract more first-time customers and users, all while maintaining the quality of and satisfaction with the logos we help clients create.
• Digital Partnerships - establishes, manages and integrates partnerships with 3rd party software and services providers whose platforms provide complimentary high value solutions for Vistaprint's customers.

About The Role
As an Associate Creative Director you are a leading figure in the Creative Team and excel in concept development and execution. You will drive our creative projects and inspire our teams to create on-brief, on-brand campaigns that tell our story.
What you will be doing:

• Evangelize our brand and support the OKRS and goals across multiple domains - Expert Services, Logo & Brand and Digital Partnerships
• Provides leadership to others in solving complex creative, brand problems
• Provides creative concepting and design direction for all online, promotional, email and social marketing campaigns
• Managing the creative concepting process - from campaign kickoff to delivery
• Understanding the needs of our users and solve strategic problems to craft elegant brand experiences
• Guide the brand vision of the business, bringing other team members on-board and empowering them to reach better outcomes.
• Helping people refine their project brief, further understand scope, and translate business requirements into creative requirements
• Motivating designers and copywriters to deliver creative execution that is on-brief, consistent and on-brand. Push and influence designers to constantly strive for excellence
• Working with internal teams to support, inspire and drive our brand
• Delivering assets within agreed upon timeframes
• Ensuring global brand consistency in all deliverables
• Stewarding the look and feel of the VistaPrint brand within D&S
• Collaborate in and help drive brainstorming sessions and workshops with different teams and stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to innovate and grow the brand
• Expert in articulating how design drives business results and identifying ways to improve the efficiency of creative execution
• Managing the day-to-day work + creative queue

What you will bring:

• Around 8+ years of experience designing successful marketing/brand campaigns
• Expert understanding of the creative process, art direction methodologies, and tools (Adobe) and experience leading and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Experienced visual designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for conceptual thinking, brand evolution, art direction and beautiful design.
• Experience working with brand strategy and applying brand systems across multiple touchpoints.
• A natural collaborator who can rally teams of all kinds, and influence peers across the organisation.
• Always eager to learn and evolve your process
• Willing to work and participate in cross-functional teams (such as copywriters, marketing, designers, product managers and engineers) in an agile environment.
