Associate Dentist

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team @ Confident Smile on Full Time basis. 

Confident Smile Dental is a long established practice in Mount Gambier, serving the Limestone Coast communities for more than 30 years. We are a busy practice with modern amenities and high reputation in the community. 

We believe is continuous growth & that's why an opening has become available for a young dentist to join our existing team of 2 full time dentists. 

We are offering:

• We are expanding and offering a busy patient base and full books.

• Our Surgeries are well-equipped with the latest technology and full digital workflow, including new Dental Chairs, onsite OPG/ CBCT, Phosphor plate Radiographs, Rotary Endo, DSLR cameras, Intra-oral Cameras, Electric handpieces, Surgical Extraction equipment, Cloud based data backup and Dental 4 windows Software.

• A Supportive, Friendly and Light-hearted team environment with regular team social events.

• All general dental procedures are provided to patients including Myo-functional Orthodontics, Aligner therapy, Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry.

• Choice of salary or commission, based and is in line with experience.

• Mentorship & Support from Principal Dentist if needed. Full autonomy given to dentist is encouraged but Principal dentist is available to help with advise.

Are you who we are looking for?

• Young or experienced dentist, who is able to work independently, preferably with at least 1 years experience in private practice.

• New/Recent Graduates should apply and will be considered dependent on experience, communication and values.

• Molar Endodontics, Crown and Bridge, Veneers, Restorative dentistry and Surgical extraction skills necessary.

• We are seeking a dentist who is a Team player, demonstrates leadership qualities, and is caring towards both our staff and our patients

• Reliable and Hardworking (most important)
