The Cardiology ANUM will play an integral role within the cardiac team to coordinate, negotiate and manage the transition of care for patients throughout all areas of the cardiac service. You will work with the Cardiology Manager to streamline all processes and programs within the service continuum i.e. cardiology clinics, follow-up appointments and referrals to other units and external healthcare providers. The ANUM will streamline processes to improve the overall patient experience; assist with triage of referrals for clinics; ensure clinic appointments are utilised effectively; and provide consultation and education for patients attending appointments. You will also liaise with clerical staff to ensure appropriate scheduling of outpatient appointments and diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures.

Your new division
The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, allied health, cancer and mental health services. We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical and specialty services including but not limited to; Oncology, Cardiology, Renal, Emergency, Women's and Children's, Critical Care, Specialist Clinics, Cancer Clinics and Mental Health Services. Our Allied Health teams provide a diverse range of programs and person centred care in inpatient, outpatient, community, home and residential care settings.
