We are seeking an energetic individual with a clinical sales and account management background to join us as anAssociate Product Specialist. The successful applicant will support our da Vinci SurgeryProduct Specialists to successfully manage their specified sales territories and achieve budgetary forecasts to help manage and grow da Vinci surgery across Victoria territories.

The successful applicant will:

  • Oversee cases to enable Product Specialists to focus on revenue growth.
  • Improve case management skills through ongoing self-learning.
  • Assume responsibility for sales territories when Product Specialists are unavailable.
  • Engage in post-procedure debriefs with Surgeons to gather feedback and secure additional business.
  • Foster meaningful business relationships with Surgeons and support staff.
  • Sustain communication with customers to explore fresh business prospects.
  • Promptly document valid Surgeon issues and communicate them to relevant Product Specialists.
  • Deliver product information and training sessions to customers and support staff

Experience required:

  • Current drivers licence
  • Permanent Australian/New Zealand resident status
  • Proven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, influencing and time
    management
  • Demonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • High standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule with occasional overnight travel
