Privately owned Building Engineering Design consultancy with 250+ employees and growing. 100% owned and operated in Australia by the staff. Offers traditional and innovative consulting services worldwide operating in a global environment. Sectors include multiple such as: commercial, healthcare, hotels, education, data centres and fit out.

Position:

Seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to handle a variety of responsibilities related to the design and construction of landmark buildings.
  
Main responsibilities include:

• Structural design and analysis.
• Material selection and specification.
• Project coordination with architects, contractors, and other engineers.
• Construction supervision.
• Providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Client communication.
• Safety and risk management.  

Qualifications:To be successful you will have previous experience in a leading projects.

You will need to possess the following:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 8 years+ of experience in structural design of complex buildings.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients and team members.
• Demonstrated leadership and team building and management skills.
