What does the job look like?
As the ATM Leasing Executive, you are responsible for complete end to end management of your portfolio including ATM site lease and licence management. This is a 12-month FTC with possibility of extension depending on requirements. Key areas:
- Managing an ATM portfolio that involves a lot of stakeholder engagement
- Site identification
- Commercial negotiations
- Manage high volume leasing and licensing agreement
- Liaising with Lease Administrators, Landlord’s Solicitors, and Retail Design Managers for signage approval
- Renegotiation and Renewal of ATM Leases and/or Licence as appropriate
- Actively participate in the budget process and provide relevant commentary for inclusion in financial reporting
Are you the one?
Previous experience within ATM property management or retail leasing is essential to excel in this role. However, will also consider someone with commendable experience in commercial or real estate leasing. Based in our Macquarie Park office, this position allows you flexibility to work from home a few days a week. You can demonstrate:
- Exemplary experience in property management
- Exceptional people skills focusing on stakeholder engagement
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to deal with high volume property related documents paired with high administrative skills
- Proven experience in portfolio and account management
- Relevant qualifications will be advantageous but not necessary
