Audio Visual Project Manager

Requirements of this role:

• Experience in successfully delivering commercial AV projects
• Have a solid understanding of:
  • How Audio Visual installations are delivered & associated sequencing
  • Standard construction-based forms of communication and associated requirements based on the types of correspondence
• Ability to work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Project Manager
• Report on project status and financials
• Communicate & liaise with both internal teams (sales, engineering, procurement/logistics) as well as the clients/stakeholders (end-user, consultant, builder)
• Be actively involved with, but not limited to, the following:
  • Handover meetings
  • Weekly roster
  • Hardware ETAs and highlight outstanding items in all open jobs
  • Goods tracking documents
• Co-ordinate maintenance and any post project Defect Liability Period (DLP) works

• Good writing skills
• Ability to utilise:
  • Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Aconex
• Be willing to take direction from senior members of the business & have a can-do attitude
• Valid driver’s license & vehicle to travel between sites
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
• Ability to think laterally to achieve project outcomes
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritise your work
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have a willingness to learn
• Hold a:
  • White card
  • Working with Children Check

Desirable:

• Project management accreditation
• ITIL foundation or equivalent.
