This is a multi-faceted, active role that will engage a confident, knowledgeable and well experienced professional organiser who understands the principles of providing the best service possible to their clients.
To succeed – and get the most satisfaction – you’ll need to be a natural organiser who is inherently process driven and very skilled at keeping everything and everybody ticking over, able to manage multiple tasks, capable of working with clients and teams across different cultures and geographies.
Emotionally intelligent and intuitive, you’re always primed to expect the unexpected; a capable, cooperative team member who leads by example and is always motivated to help when it’s needed.
Quick and eager to learn and pick up new knowledge, you will need to be a genuine, down-to-earth individual with the interpersonal skills that make you a great business ambassador on the front line.
Organised, calm and attentive, you’re a natural communicator who knows how to prioritise and problem solve. With an engaging, warm phone manner and excellent office skills, you will act as the primary liaison between key clients and the team, ensuring the seamless execution of audits and assessments.
But above all of this and the many skills and attributes you bring, you are passionate about people, your work and your own ability to perform consistently to the highest levels.
An ideal candidate for this role will have experience with Microsoft Office suite, coupled with excellent communication skills and a willingness to regularly communicate with clients effectively and efficiently via phone and email. The ability to organise effectively through excellent time management skills will be key to the role, and an expert eye for attention will see you able to excel in the position.
