Job description

Bring superb organisational and communication skills to a friendly, supportive team in the organics certification industry in Brisbane's CBD

Bring superb organisational and communication skills to a friendly, supportive team in the organics certification industry in Brisbane's CBD
  • Exciting permanent opportunity in Brisbane's CBD
  • Rare opportunity to work with a well-established and recognised organisation
  • Friendly, supportive and positive work culture
Since 1987, this not for profit is Australia’s largest certifier for organic and biodynamic produce, and one of the leading certifiers of food safety and sustainability standards nationally. This employer of choice has a wealth of knowledge in the organics industry and provides certification services for several national and international standards to their clients based in Australia and around the world.
This is a multi-faceted, active role that will engage a confident, knowledgeable and well experienced professional organiser who understands the principles of providing the best service possible to their clients.
To succeed – and get the most satisfaction – you’ll need to be a natural organiser who is inherently process driven and very skilled at keeping everything and everybody ticking over, able to manage multiple tasks, capable of working with clients and teams across different cultures and geographies.
Emotionally intelligent and intuitive, you’re always primed to expect the unexpected; a capable, cooperative team member who leads by example and is always motivated to help when it’s needed.
Quick and eager to learn and pick up new knowledge, you will need to be a genuine, down-to-earth individual with the interpersonal skills that make you a great business ambassador on the front line.
Organised, calm and attentive, you’re a natural communicator who knows how to prioritise and problem solve. With an engaging, warm phone manner and excellent office skills, you will act as the primary liaison between key clients and the team, ensuring the seamless execution of audits and assessments.
But above all of this and the many skills and attributes you bring, you are passionate about people, your work and your own ability to perform consistently to the highest levels.
An ideal candidate for this role will have experience with Microsoft Office suite, coupled with excellent communication skills and a willingness to regularly communicate with clients effectively and efficiently via phone and email. The ability to organise effectively through excellent time management skills will be key to the role, and an expert eye for attention will see you able to excel in the position.
If this sounds like you, please do not delay in applying, please forward your cover letter and resume in word format quoting reference number GCACAC to apply@windsor-group.com.au or contact Gabriella Cirillo on 07 3211 0001.
Windsor Group is committed to equal employment opportunities and providing a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace where individuals and diversity are encouraged. Windsor Group provides expert advice, HR services, executive search and recruitment services for executive, permanent and temporary/contract roles across commercial, government and nonprofit sectors.
