Jacobs Future and Transition Fuels team is part of the New Energy & Advisory business. The team provides our clients strategic advisory services on low carbon fuels, such as green/blue hydrogen, ammonia, methanol and biofuels, and natural gas, both piped and liquefied. This exciting practice area is slated to see significant interest going forward as governments and firms look to decarbonize hard-to-abate sectors, such as fertilizers, shipping and aviation. As a leader of this dynamic practice, you can set the future strategic direction of the team and grow Jacobs’ brand and client base.

This is a strategic leadership role, with team development and growth, building technical capability, and growing the portfolio, delivering projects of scale and significance, and partnering with APAC clients. Client Management

  • Monitors industry developments, trends, and technical advancements to recommend changes as needed. Identifies emerging client opportunities through collaboration with Jacobs' client management team.
  • Creates opportunities for planning, development, delivery, and operation of projects in the Future and Transition Fuels markets.
  • Manages the delivery of study phases and interfaces with local and regional delivery teams.
  • Provides technical guidance and oversight on large, strategic consulting projects.
  • Leverage strong and trusted relationships to build and develop profitable workload pipeline alongside our key clients.
  • Demonstrates exceptional domain and project expertise in arrange of the following: low carbon fuels, such as green/blue hydrogen, ammonia, methanol and biofuels, and natural gas, both piped and liquefied.
  • Ability or exposure to growing a practice capability, developing profitable workload pipelines while enhancing client relationships.
  • Previous success advising a range of key client groups, proactively analysing market trends and identify new business opportunities.
