AddressWorkforce International are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Auto Electrician to join our esteemed clients maintenance department at Perth Airport.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 38 hour week with potential overtime
Responsibilities:
As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various ancillary machinery that service the jets at Perth Airport. This diverse role will involve working on trucks, plane ferrying machines, portable waste trucks, stairs, light vehicles, and baggage carts and trolleys. Each day will present new challenges, making this role both interesting and rewarding.
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Conducting inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Certificate 3 in Automotive Electrical Technology is essential
- Proven experience as an Auto Electrician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
