Our client is a major iron ore operator with operations across the Pilbara. We have a number of opportunities for experienced HV Auto Electricians to work FIFO from Perth, Busselton or Karratha. 2:2 roster 12-hour days working 7 days/7 nights with 14 days off. The positions are offered on an initial 4 month rolling contract with onboarding scheduled for late February. Genuine opportunity for long term work and to move to fulltime employment.
There are a number of positions available working across multiple panels across a major operational mine site.
To be successful you will be a qualified trade certified Automotive Electrician.
Ideally you will have:
- Previous FIFO experience working in a mining operations environment desirable but not essential.
- Positive "can do" attitude.
- Open driver's license.
- Commitment to workplace HSE.
- Experience working on large mining machinery.
Tools will be provided on site with hourly rates ranging from $60 to $68 per hour negotiable depending on experience and qualifications. Super paid on all hours.
Interstate applicants are welcome but will be required to make their own way to and from Perth to catch flights to site.
