Auto Glazier/Windscreen installer

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Replace and repair windshields on various vehicle types, including light trucks 
• Precisely cut flat glass for use in heavy machinery, when required.
• Ensure all installations and repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication and professional demeanour.
• Manage inventory of supplies and tools, ensuring availability for each job.
• Stay updated with the latest techniques and tools in autoglazing.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Autoglazier with a minimum 1 years’ experience in the field

OR 

• Trained Windscreen Installer with the essential skills to work independently after some guidance and training.

WITH 

• Proficient in using the necessary tools and equipment for windshield replacement and repair.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

      •     Good physical condition to handle manual work and lifting.

      •     Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Work in various settings, including a workshop environment and on-site services.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in different weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
