About the Role
Following the implementation of our Santos Regional Model, Santos has multiple new Information Systems opportunities available in Adelaide. These are fantastic opportunities to join an ASX20 company, and for you to grow your career in our head office.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of Santos’ Information Systems Department as an Automation & Integration Service Delivery Lead and reporting to the Information, Data & Digital Workplace Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all Automation & Integration Services in the application portfolio, primarily centred around Boomi, UiPath, Power Platform, data archival applications and SQL Server Integration Services.
This is a varied role, managing enterprise-wide technology with a unique overview of the whole internal business structure.
Accountabilities are delivered in line with the Santos company values and Santos Management System (SMS). Key accountabilities include:
- Manage internal and external stakeholders ensuring expectations are aligned and application of the correct policies and procedures.
- Apply innovative thinking in area of expertise through industry and company knowledge - develop, advise, recommend and deliver plans aligning to the company's strategy
- Oversee Santos’ Managed Services Provider to ensure that they are providing contracted services as per expectations
- Advocate change and foster performance culture to achieve desired culture outcomes.
- Ensure that all Automation & Integration Services, whether 'on-premises' in the AWS cloud or as true SaaS offerings, are maintained effectively
- Implement and deliver on cost reduction efficiencies and value creation strategies where relevant to applications, platforms and 'as a service' offerings

About You
To be successful in this role, we are seeking for professionals with the following essential work experience:
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Experience in managing vendors across multiple projects and BAU service activities.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing IS contracts and ensuring delivery of agreed service levels.
- Proficient in development and maintenance of IS strategies and roadmaps for automation, power platform & Integration Services.
Desirable experience for this role includes:
- Good experience in obtaining technical support and services.
- Experienced in providing application implementation and on-going maintenance services with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, UI Path, Boomi, SSIS and data archival.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
- ITIL certification is preferred.
Ideally, you have a degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in IT or demonstrate significant training and experience within directly relevant role(s), within large corporate environments.
