About the role
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Automotive Registration/ Administration Officer to join our team on a permanent full time basis.
- Registrations of new and used vehicles
- Creating and entering invoices and purchase orders
- Data entry
- Deal processing
- General administration as required
Selection Criteria
- Ability to communicate professionally & effectively and is a collaborative team player;
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines;
- Attention to detail is essential
- Experience registering vehicles
- ability to obtain Queensland Transport Accreditation
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Pentana/Era is highly regarded but not essential.
