About the role:
As an employee reporting to the Work Shop controller, your role will involve the following duties:
- Collaborating with colleagues such as Service Advisors and Parts Advisors;
- Ensuring that all servicing, maintenance, and repairs are performed according to the manufacturer's standards;
- Conducting diagnostics, resolving faults, and completing tasks to a high standard;
- Demonstrating the ability to work on larger, more complex jobs.
- We are currently searching for a skilled and experienced Dealership Technician. Previous experience with Toyota, Isuzu UTE, or Mahindra is a definite advantage.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong diagnostic skills and be able to handle complex jobs.
- Additionally, they should be comfortable working as part of a team.
- A full driving license is also a prerequisite for this role.
- Salary will be based on your experience.
- You will receive a monthly commission in addition to your base salary.
- The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
- Your work hours will be from 8 am to 4:06 pm.
- You will have the option to work overtime if you choose.
- You will be provided with a roster of days and Saturdays.
- You will receive specialised training via the manufacturer and dealership.
