Our client based out in Clayton South are a leading manufacturer and supplier of municipal vehicles and equipment.
They are currently looking for a two potential candidates to join their ever-growing team as a Automotive Service Advisor Supervisor. Working between the Office and Warehouse, you will support the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Team you will act as the first point of call to our customers to ensure customer satisfaction with the after sales customer service experience.
These permanent full-time role would have flexible start times Mon-Fri between 7am, 8am or 9am.
Please note that the first 2 weeks in the role you will be working within in your team to be trained for the role.

About the Role:
Scheduling customer service repair orders and reports, quotes for new jobs, time cards and obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues
Achieving sales and guest experience KPIs
Keep a close eye on the progress through the service department
Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairs
Answering telephone calls and attend to counter enquires promptly and courteously
Provide product information and spare parts advice and identification to internal and external customers
Process payments, prepare customer sales orders, quotes and associated documentation
Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Maximise workshop sales of labour, parts and consumables ensuring part availability for jobs.
About you:
Previous Experience in a similar role - preferably in the Automotive industry
Valid Victorian Driver's License
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
Knowledge of SAP, Netsuite, or alternatively a strong understanding of CRM/ERP systems
Work in a team environment
