Position Overview: The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role as the primary liaison between our customers and the dealership/workshop for vehicle repair and maintenance services. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist customers, prioritizing outstanding service.
- Schedule customer service orders confidently & efficiently using company software.
- Communicate vehicle symptoms clearly to technical staff.
- Cultivate relationships with repeat customers.
- Provide timely updates on vehicle progress to customers.
- Liaise with workshop staff in a professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
