We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team to complete an Automotive Service Writer Traineeship.

We are a well-established Automotive Service centre committed to providing top-notch customer service and high-quality automotive maintenance and repairs. As an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and inquiries regarding Automotive Services
- Learn to assess vehicle concerns and communicate effectively with customers and technicians
- Gain knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized service centre environment
- Most importantly you will need a passion for automobiles and a desire to learn about Automotive Service and repair
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Qld Drivers Licence
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
