Automotive Spray Painter

About the role

A great opportunity exists for an Automotive Spray Painter / Experienced Apprentice to join the team at Phantom Automotive Panel and Paint for an immediate start.

In this role, you will be responsible for working alongside another Painter to manage and maintain the workflow in our shop based in Capalaba, Brisbane.

The hours on offer are 4 day weeks, Monday - Thursday (flexible).

This role is to carry out the Refinishing Processes for small to medium size accident repair work, new accessory parts, resprays, working with brand new cars and race cars.

About you

As a successful candidate, you will be an experienced spray painter or a 3rd/4th year apprentice. You have an eye for detail and take pride in the work you deliver.

Preferably you will have:

Cert 3 in Automotive Spray Painting.

Understanding and reading of the job sheet

Salary: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Capalaba, QLD 4157: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Automotive repair: 2 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driver Licence (Required)
