Automotive Spray Painter Technician

An immediate start in one of our new State of the Art Workshops, Delivering high quality cosmetic repairs in a timely manner.

We are looking for an Automotive Spray Painter Technician to join our Gladesville team!

• Delivering high quality cosmetic repairs
• Paint and repair of vehicles in a timely manner.
• Working with other departments to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Scheduling and tracking of vehicles
• Inspection of vehicles and parts scheduled to be painted
• Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment, mixing area & paint booth
• Mixing paints and primers to exact specifications as per paint manufacturer’s documentation
• Identification of safe handing, and appropriate disposal of materials according to WHS and EPA requirements
• Maintaining accurate records of repair times using BMS

Requirements:

• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Commitment to continued learning including new technologies and processes
• Trade licence or equivalent in Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing and have at least 3-5 years’ experience in automotive painting.
• Certificate III Automotive Spray painting
• Valid Australian drivers’ licence is preferred
