About the Role – Store Manager
Working alongside the Franchisee, Assistant Manager and an experienced and friendly team, this position will be responsible for delivering great customer service and meeting the store sales and profit targets. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth operations of our store by:
- Supervising, mentoring and organising workshop staff
- Tyre and Mechanical sales and invoicing
- Customer service
- Stock control
- General administrative tasks
- Building relationships with account and trade customers
- Identifying business development opportunities
About you:
- Previous experience in a sales role while not essential, will be highly regarded
- Mechanical qualification with strong mechanical knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Sales / management experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Hold a current driver's license
