About The OpportunityAs the
Automotive Technician, your primary purpose is fitting high-performance parts and upgrades to vehicles
Some of your responsibilities will include:- Training apprentices
- General servicing and repairs
- Assisting with race prep for competition vehicles
- Updating the management team on job progress
- Attending to customers both in person and on the phone
About YouThe successful candidate will have:- Certificate III in Light Vehicle Technology or Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Experience or knowledge of aftermarket modifications and vehicle customiations
- Experience in fabrication, electrical work, and dyno testing - desirable
- Experience with diagnostic scan tools and late model vehicles
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a fully qualified mechanic
- Open QLD manual driver's licence & own tools
- HRW licence or willingness to acquire
