About our Client

MELBOURNE - $85K to $105K plus super and $5K vehicle allowance.
The Role:
- Work with tier one clients in a professional environment
- Provide on-site support for audiovisual systems - Video Conferencing and Collaboration tools, including troubleshooting & maintenance
- Configure, fault finding & networking of AV equipment & understanding of basic programming of DSP devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support events, meetings, and presentations, ensuring seamless audio and visual experiences.
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Biamp, Crestron, Logitech, Poly, QSC, Sennheiser, and Shure is ideal.
- 2 years experience in audiovisual system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work autonomously and problem solve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Vic Drivers license and ability to move between sites
