Due to continued growth, we have some exciting new venues joining the AVC portfolio in 2024, so we are looking to fill some gaps in our Kitchen Teams across Australia.

So, what are we looking for, you may ask?...

We are looking for Chef de Parties, Sous chefs & Head Chefs to join our already established teams & venues across Melbourne, Perth & Queensland. If you have had previous experience in a hospitality kitchen, we would love to talk to you.

Operating some of Australia’s premier venues such as Hotel Esplanade, Yarra Botanica, The Regatta, Salt bar, Aviary & The Claremont there is a style and vibe for everyone! Whether you have a flair for pub classics, the bustling night scene or have a passion for locally sourced produce we have the venue & Kitchen for you!

For the right candidate we are happy to consider assistance with relocation to any or our regionally located venues: Salt Bar, Biralee, Roma, Jubilee.
