Position Description: As an Azure Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end Azure solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical leadership to development teams, and ensure the successful delivery of Azure solutions aligned with business goals, scalability, and security. Your expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security best practices, and automation will be key to optimizing and maintaining high availability of Azure resources.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Design end-to-end Azure solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring they meet business goals, scalability, and security requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams for successful Azure solution implementation.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and implement IaC practices using tools like Azure Resource Manager templates, Azure DevOps, or Terraform.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure Azure solutions adhere to security best practices and comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Innovation and Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging Azure technologies and trends, evaluating new tools and methodologies for adoption.
- Optimization and Cost Management: Regularly optimize Azure resources for cost-efficiency and high availability.
- Automation and Workflow: Create and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline Azure provisioning and management tasks.
- Azure Solution Design: Proven experience in designing complex Azure solutions, including infrastructure, networking, and security components.
- Technical Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide development teams in implementing Azure solutions.
- IaC and Automation: Proficiency in IaC tools and automation, such as Azure Resource Manager templates, Azure DevOps, or Terraform.
- Security and Compliance: In-depth knowledge of Azure security best practices, identity and access management, network security, and compliance policies.
- Cost Optimization: Experience in optimizing Azure resources for cost-efficiency and high availability.
- Innovation and Evaluation: Ability to evaluate and recommend emerging Azure technologies and trends.
