Who we’re looking for
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Back-End Web Developer with a passion for all aspects of Web Development to join our Web Development team.
What you’ll be doing
The role involves, but is not limited to:
- Work as part of a team or independently to build public-facing web site components and any business logic APIs required, as well as applications for internal intranet pages
- Resolve any bugs and issues and suggest and implement fixes
- Strike a working balance between getting new tasks done and longer-term maintenance of existing projects
- Develop from either a job spec or a pre-defined mock/flow diagram
Key Requirements
- At least 2+ years Commercial Web Development Experience
- Strong skills in ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core with C#
- Good skills in building WebAPI leveraging JWT, JSON, and REST
- Good skills in ADO.SQL, LINQ, T-SQL
- Comfortable in a ADOS GIT Visual Studio environment with Strong Debugging Skills
- Good knowledge of HTML
- Have flexibility to revisit existing projects that require revisions after business requirement changes
- Possess a good work ethic and be able to communicate confidently within a team environment
Highly Regarded Skills
- Experience working with WCF Services
- Knowledge of UX, Unit and performance testing
- Knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
The successful candidate will receive mentoring and role-specific training.
