We are a small team in a retail and wholesale artisan bakery that also trades at local markets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef is essential while an understanding of the sourdough process would be welcomed.
Creativity and ability to develop unique flavour combinations and innovative baked goods.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products consistently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be baking in a small team 5 days a week. (Shop will be closed Sundays)
Benifits.
Working a 5 day roster with Saturday's and Sundays off.(depending on skill level)
