Seeking an experienced trade Qualified Baker able to work full time - including weekend shift work. The applicant will be able to produce the following products:
- everyday sandwich bread products to industry standard
- sweet bread products
- savoury bread products
Additional roles will include the assistance or production of:
- sweet yeast products including donuts
- various cake mixes - sponge, utility cake mixes, mud cake, etc
- pastry products including shortbread, puff pasty, choux pastry and pie bottom
- biscuits and sweets.
Standard hours of work is strictly night/ early morning shifts commencing between 12:00am and 2:00am for week day baking shifts.
The successful applicant will be working with at least 1 other apprentice during his/her shift and on most occasions with the senior baker and/or owner.
