- Position Available: COUNTER SALES/SHOP ASSISTANT
- Status: CASUAL with possibility of Part - Time or Full Time position.
- Hourly Rate: $30 - $35/Hour
DUTIES:
- Daily Customer Service
- Handling and Processing Cash & Eftpos transactions.
- Opening or Closing the shop.
- General Cleaning Duties.
- Attending to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Re-stocking Shop Fridges and Freezer for both drinks and Take home pre-pack pies.
- Bread Slicing and displaying of products required for the shop.
- Assisting in food preparation when required.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in Food or Retail Industry.
- Quick on your feet, and can work under pressure especially during busy period.
- Fast learner. Willing to be trained, coached and be a good team member.
- Physically Fit and has a “CAN-DO” attitude.
- You must show interest and understanding about the product we are selling to our customers.
- Preferably with experience as a Barista or coffee making. This is essential however, if you are willing to learn, training is also provided.
- You must be available for 5 AM start when required.
- You must be able to multi task.
- You must have your own car or means of transportation. (There is no bus service available in our area)
- Available to work from Wednesday - Sunday including Public Holiday and School Holidays.
We offer FREE LUNCH + DRINK for each staff member while on break per shift.
