Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 5 years bakery experience in senior position, Understanding of bread production & Pastry Team Production Required Food Safety Qualification as per new regulations. Experienced Barista Able to manage team of 20 staff
Tasks & responsibilities
- Day to Day Running Operations Rostering to budget Managing Team - Front of House, Pastry & Bread Team Manage Wholesale Orders, invoicing and follow-up. Ordering to budget Communication with owners Customer Liaison Managing Cost of Doing Business Negotiating new business (wholesale & Catering)
