We are a well-established North Gold Coast Bakery within a great community a high volume of bread production, known for great coffee, cakes and fresh sandwich bar. We are looking for an individual with bakery experience and passion for great food, high standards and great customer / community service to manage our little treasure
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 5 years bakery experience in senior position, Understanding of bread production & Pastry Team Production Required Food Safety Qualification as per new regulations. Experienced Barista Able to manage team of 20 staff
Tasks & responsibilities
- Day to Day Running Operations Rostering to budget Managing Team - Front of House, Pastry & Bread Team Manage Wholesale Orders, invoicing and follow-up. Ordering to budget Communication with owners Customer Liaison Managing Cost of Doing Business Negotiating new business (wholesale & Catering)
