Your new company
You'll be joining a top4 local retail bank branch in Ardrossan, SA who pride themselves on serving the needs of the local community who bank with them.
Your new role
You'll be at the counter of a bank branch, assisting customers with their banking transactions.
- Assisting customers with their enquiries regarding their accounts and general enquiries
- Maintaining accurate customer files via detailed notes in the system
- Consistently upholding the highest standards of customer service
- Managing general administrative tasks as required
- Conducting specific data entry and enquiry tasks as assigned
- Providing answers to enquiries based on a comprehensive understanding of the services offered
Typical working hours - Rotating Roster between
Mon - Fri: 09:00 am - 5:00 pm & occasional Saturdays
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and tech-savvy
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving orientation
- A friendly and proactive approach to interactions and tasks
