About the role
In this role, you will work with award-winning Partners, assisting with matters from start to finish, on a range of complex and interesting financial transactions. Some of the matters will include, but not limited to PPSA advice, ISDA documentation, security trusts, and lender due diligence.
About you:

• Lawyer (2-3 PQE); with
• A relevant law degree; coupled with strong academics;
• Candidates with backgrounds in corporate/commercial law will be considered
• Strong drafting skills & technical ability;
• Excellent communication skill; both verbal and written;
• The ability to prioritize matters effectively and meet tight deadlines.
