Maxima, and NAB, are looking for a motivated individual to undertake an entry-level Banking Traineeship at their Kalgoorlie branch.
In this role as a Customer Advisor, you will support customers with their everyday banking needs. Anything from welcoming customers in store with transaction enquiries, to promoting NAB products and services, you will learn the ropes of the banking industry from an administrative perspective.
This full-time position will see you working alongside industry experts gaining hands-on experience whilst studying towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.
Duties Include:
- Respond to incoming and outgoing enquiries
- Recommend and refer financial services and products
- Cash handling, EFTPOS and financial reporting
- Teach customers how to use their new/existing banking product
- Deliver an outstanding, positive service to all customers
- Additional administrative tasks as required
- Passionate about providing quality customer service
- A proactive attitude and takes initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office
- Identify as First Nations Australian
