Qualifications & experience
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Must possess a current RSA certification.
- Management Experience: Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
- People Person: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Venue Management: Oversee the daily operations of the bar/taproom, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for both customers and staff.
- Roster & Staff Management: Create and manage staff rosters, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient labor management.
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events to enhance customer experience and drive venue traffic.
- Staff Training: Train and develop team members to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure accurate inventory records to maintain adequate supplies.

- Bookings & Enquiries: Handle customer bookings and inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Beer Line Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform regular beer line cleaning and maintenance to ensure the highest quality of draft beer.
