Job Description
We are seeking casual Bar / Baristas to provide service from the heart across our Lounges, assisting customers by providing a friendly and efficient food and beverage service to all of our lounge guests. All of our roles are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service. Our team enjoy connecting with our customers, chatting about their travels and making them feel welcome.
Duties:
- Provide consistently high quality beverages & customer service
- Work closely with and support the lounge attendants with service when needed
- Assist with serving guests food and beverage goods
- Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices
Qualifications
Our Barista & Bar Attendants are required to have the ability to work early (4:30 am start) or late (8:30pm finish), hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and the ability to pass a Federal Police Clearance to enable work in the Airport. You must also have Australian working rights to be considered for this role. Additionally successful applicants will have:
- Knowledge of beverages such: coffee, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Experienced barista skills: timing shots, knowledge of adjusting grinders, etc
- Knowledge and experience in using a range of milk alternatives
