Due to our dedication to serve the finest coffee from our talented and friendly crew members, our coffee cart has been very successful!
We now have a unique opportunity for a coffee loving barista who not only has a passion for great coffee and customer service but also wants to add purpose to their daily work life by helping people with disability to build their capacity and develop their employment skills.
Our mobile coffee cart is based at flexible locations across south-east Queensland with the majority of time spent on the Gold Coast.
Responsibilities include:
- Make great coffee for our customers!
- Lead our crew members to increase their capacity for employment.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the coffee cart business.
- Train crew members on the safe operation of equipment.
- Towing the coffee cart and managing stock etc.
- Barista skills and experience. Love your coffee!!!
- Experience or passion, to support and encourage people with disability.
- Ability to show initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Great communication skills and time management.
- A positive attitude and a can-do approach.
- NDIS and Blue card will be required (we can help)
- Valid c class driving license essential.
- Ability to tow a coffee cart - training can be provided.
- Permanent, Part-time.
- Minimum 32hrs per fortnight.
- Mid-week and some weekends.
- 7.30am Start.
- SCHADS 2.1 $32.21 per hour.
