Opening in July 2024 at the bustling King Street Wharf, St Marks Road Co. is looking for a skilled Barista (Part-time) who revels in the social responsibility of serving the world’s second-largest traded commodity after crude oil. Not to mention, the greatest cultural unifier of all time.
With a seating capacity of up to 100 guests, our newest café will be located right in the heart of Darling Harbour – think stunning views and a constant buzz of activity.

What we need from you:
- Previous experience as a barista with strong coffee knowledge and Latte art.
- High attention to detail and a good memory
- Reliable and enthusiastic
- Engaging attitude as a team player who builds rapport with team members and guests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High standard of personal presentation
- RSA Qualified
