We are a small family-owned & operated bakery located in the leafy suburb of Forest Lake. We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service staff/Bakery all-rounder with Barista skills to join our team. We are open 7 days a week, (Mon-Fri 5am-4pm; Sat 6am-3pm; Sun 6am-2pm)
About the role
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting & serving customers and collecting payment
- Making coffee and sandwiches
- Enter sales in the POS system (training will be provided)
- Cleaning and maintaining the coffee machine
- Keeping the bakery clean and tidy
- Observing all health and safety regulations
- Other ad-hoc jobs within reason
- Permanent full-time position
- 6 months probation
About you
A pleasant, energetic and friendly individual who is passionate about customer service. Must have at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Must be able to work well under pressure.
