Customer Service Focus is a must…..For the right person, this may progress to a Team Leader Position.

Task Include  

• Excellent coffee-making skills - quality coffee at a fast pace with latte art as a standard offering.
• Adding value and generating sales through upselling and second selling.
• Following procedures and being responsible for the overall café cleanliness.
• Prep and Pack takeaway orders. FOH items only.
• Opening and closing of Café.
• Cleaning and making sure that the Cafe is always presented well.
• Able to communicate respectfully with other staff and managers.
• Excellent customer services
• Replenishing and rotating stock - Daily
• Money handling
• Creating an order list for the manager - Daily
• Permanent position for the right person
• Must be able to work Saturday & Sunday

Fulltime position - 40 hours per week – 3-month probation

$60,000.00 PA
