QUIKSHOTS - Serving ALLPRESS coffee needs a gun Barista to assist in this extremely busy cafe style venue within Terminal 4 at Melbourne Airport - with a full bar and La Marzocco Machines - this is the pace to show your talents!
Train at ST. ALi South Melbourne Cafes & in their warehouse!
Must be able to work between the hours of 5am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm with availability on weekdays & weekends.
We have full-time, part-time & casual hours available.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience in a Barista/Bartender roles within a fast-paced hospitality venue
- Coaching and training new team members to create high quality coffee & beverage preparation
- Outstanding knowledge on all things coffee & cocktails
- Ability with basic cafe/coffee art
- Experience in a F&B environment i.e. serving & light food and snacks
- Ensure that high quality coffee / beverages are served at all times
- Coffee machine maintenance and care
- Exceptional customer service with the ability to create relationships
