We have both full-time and casual positions available for the following roles:
- Bartender
- Waiter
Ultimately, we're looking for an all-rounder who is willing to learn and support our team in all areas of service.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Proven experience working as a Bartender/Waiter
- Proven experience in a high-end bar offering
- A passion for providing guests with an exceptional experience.
- Previous cocktail experience gained within a high-end destination bar
- An entrepreneurial style and drive for bar operations
- The natural ability to understand and educate our guests on our wide range of wine, spirits, cocktails & aperitifs
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- A valid Victorian RSA certificate
This position will require flexibility and weekend work, your shifts and may comprise of a combination of day and night shifts in accordance with business demands.
