Form of workWorkfast is looking for an experienced Batcher Operator to join their concrete industry team in Toowoomba.

Candidates must be a confident operator, and have at least 2 years experience operating plant machinery in a production facility.
This job is an ongoing casual position with full-time hours for the right candidates.

There is potential for FT employment with the employer after 3-6 months.
What you get
- $38.50 per hour + penalties
- Approx $1,800pw BEFORE TAX with potential to earn OT
- Monday to Friday with Saturday work available - Early morning start 5am to 3pm with a shorter day on Saturday
- OT and penalty rates offered

- Plant operating experience with tickets is a must (FEL)
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service role
- 1-2 years production labouring experience
- Physically fit for manual handling work when required
- Able to read, write and count
- Very strong attention to detail
- Computer Literate
- FEL Plant machine operator
- Provide excellent phone based customer service
- Ensure Chain of Responsibility requirements are adhered to at all times
- Order raw materials
- Manual handling and lifting when necessary
- Any duties assigned by the foreman/site manager or team leader
