They are currently seeking two talented Business Development Managers to join their team in North Brisbane and the Sunhsine Coast to contribute to their continued growth and success.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving B2B sales into the warehouse and distribution sector. Your primary focus will be nurturing existing client relationships whilst identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the warehouse and distribution sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the consumables or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the warehouse and distribution sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
