Working under the Stansbury Progress Association, the Managers (and Assistant Managers) oversee the operations of both the Stansbury Foreshore Park and the nearby Oyster Point Park located on the Southern Yorke Peninsula. The parks offer a range of accommodation including waterfront deluxe cabins, ensuite cabins and powered beachfront sites.

Key Responsibilities for the couple include:

• Front office duties including answering telephone queries, making bookings, check-in and check-out of customers, debtor management and general administration duties;
• General maintenance of facilities, infrastructure, equipment (including tools and vehicles) and buildings
• Cleaning of amenities, communal areas and accommodation units to a high standard
• Grounds care including lawn mowing, irrigating, weeding, tree pruning, tidying rubbish
• Managing the park when the park managers are on leave or on days off
• Share after hours on-call duties with park managers
• Provide an excellent guest experience including friendly and courteous customer service, and including promotion of Stansbury and wider Yorke Peninsula;
• Participate in marketing/promotional activities.

We are inviting applications from couples with experience working as Assistant Managers or All-Rounders, or those with transferrable skills looking to enter the industry. Bring your passion for customer service in tourist locations and your enthusiasm to fully invest in the Park, and the local community.

Experience in the RMS booking system would be highly regarded.
