Beauty Salon Assistant Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Beauty Salon Assistant Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing daily salon operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in salon management and hands-on experience in performing beauty services such as waxing, tinting, facials, and massage, who is looking for a part-time opportunity. Responsibilities: Team Leadership:

Supervise and support Salon Assistants and other staff members. Provide guidance and training in both salon management and beauty services. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Client Relations: Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist with resolving issues related to beauty services and maintain positive client relationships.

Collaborate with the team to implement strategies for client retention. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Manage appointment scheduling for beauty services and coordinate staff schedules. Monitor and maintain salon inventory and supplies related to beauty services. Staff Development:

Identify training needs in both salon management and beauty services. Facilitate ongoing education for Salon Assistants in beauty service techniques. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback on beauty service delivery.

Beauty Services: Perform beauty services such as waxing, tinting, facials, and massage. Ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction in beauty service offerings.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into the salon's service offerings. Assist with Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate on salon marketing initiatives and promotional events, with a focus on beauty services.

Contribute to social media content and engagement strategies related to beauty services. Implement strategies to increase salon visibility and attract new clients for beauty services. Financial Management:

Assist in tracking and managing salon expenses, particularly related to beauty services. Support the manager in achieving revenue targets for beauty services. Contribute to budget planning and cost control efforts for beauty services.

Requirements: Previous Salon Management Experience: Proven experience in a salon management or assistant management role.

Hands-on experience in performing beauty services such as waxing, tinting, facials, and massage. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients. Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
