Laser Clinic Katherine is seeking a Qualified Beauty Salon Manager who is passionate about their clients to join our professional team. We are a premium salon located in Katherine NT, with a long-standing loyal client base. Specialising in all beauty services, Laser Clinic Katherine works exclusively with Medik8 skin care.
Our team leaders at Medik8 support our staff with online certificates & training in up-to-date procedures in all skin services including peels and retail knowledge. Laser Clinic Katherine promotes a clean, friendly clinical experience with 3 modern, fresh and well-equipped clinical rooms.

The Therapist we are seeking:
• Proven work experience as a Salon Manager
• Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty - Confident and with Salon experience.
• More than 4 years of relevant work experience
• Australian recognised certification.
• The successful applicant must have a gentle, nurturing manner.
• Perform all waxing (female xxx), highest of standards.
• Perform skin analysis, facials, massage & body treatments. Passion & detail in Brow design & tinting.
• Experience in Microdermabrasion, Micro-needling, LED, IPL, Lash Lifts and Henna is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work on your own.
• Previous management experience is essential
• Support and Training of other Beauty staff.
• Assure that commercial targets are set, communicated to staff and achieved.
• Control stock levels including retail stock & professional range & consumables.
• Confident & strong in the English-speaking language.
• Well-groomed - Uniform is provided.
Our Salon Manager must be a practicing Beauty Therapist & would need to build a professional and ongoing relationship with our new & existing clients, provide tailored skincare recommendations & customise each treatment accordingly with a desire to truly make a difference for all clients.

Remuneration
$70,200.00 Salary + Superannuation
4 weeks Annual Leave + 17.5% Leave loading
2 weeks Personal Leave
