About the role

This role has a mixture of front-of-house/reception days and days in the treatment room. When you're in reception, you'll be the smiling face to greet our clients on arrival and answer every phone call and email for a great customer experience. You'll be a leader of the team to answer any questions and set the standard for a happy and healthy working environment.
You'll also keep your skills up with some set days/time on treatments.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering and converting phone calls
- Conducting financial transactions
- Mentoring staff
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Aqua Vitae Day Spa
- Ensuring the Day Spa is maintained in a clean, calm, quiet, relaxed, friendly, and professional manner.
- Leading your team of friendly, caring Spa Therapists and Assistants by example
Qualifications & experience
- Exceptional customer service
- Exceptional organizational & communication skills
- Beauty Salon / Spa experience preferred
- Cert IV / Diploma of Beauty preferred
- Confident, mature leader
