Form of workAre you passionate about ALL things skin and beauty? Complete Skin & Beauty Fairfield are looking for a Beauty Therapist or soon to be graduate to join our team on a casual basis 2-3 days per week.
We pride ourselves on providing quality and ongoing training for all staff throughout their employment. Ensuring growth in their education and skill set. We are are full service salon performing a large range of advanced skin treatments including IPL, skin needling, radio frequency, plasma pen, oxygen therapy, etc so you'll soon become a skin wizard! Our treatment menu also includes waxing/tinting, lash extensions, cosmetic tattooing, spray tans, electrolysis and body contouring services.
The right candidate must have:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in Beauty Therapy or soon to be graduating
- Be confident in selling and recommending product retail with a focus on achieving daily targets – we train you in our products
- Experience and confidence with skin and/or IPL or a willingness to learn
- Be able to conduct skin and/or IPL consultations – ongoing training will be given
- Must work efficiently within our small friendly team
- Experience with KPI's
- Positive and professional
- Strong work ethic
- Saturday availability
